Resumo: O usuário pode ser considerado uma fonte de informação importante para as bibliotecas no que diz respeito à elaboração e ao direcionamento de produtos e serviços desenvolvidos para ele, principalmente se for uma pessoa com deficiência. No entanto, apesar da recomendação e orientação na literatura, esse usuário ainda não é atendido como esperado no que se refere ao acesso e acessibilidade na biblioteca. Sob essa perspectiva, objetivou-se conhecer, junto a nove usuários com deficiência, a relação entre eles e as bibliotecas, desde a infância até a fase atual, e como, na visão deles, os profissionais da biblioteca poderiam oferecer atendimentos mais inclusivos. Como um estudo de usuários, buscou-se a construção do presente texto por meio de um referencial teórico que reuniu materiais em língua portuguesa, sem recorte temporal, associados à gravação de vídeos realizada pelos próprios usuários convidados. Os resultados apontaram duas situações em uma mesma realidade: de um lado, usuários que encontraram, nas bibliotecas escolares, apoio para seu desenvolvimento; por outro lado, os que a conheceram apenas no Ensino Superior, momento em que se unem ao apontar que a biblioteca universitária oferece melhores condições de uso e frequência, mesmo em meio a algumas dificuldades. O estudo permitiu concluir que essa relação pode ser satisfatória em diversos pontos, principalmente se o usuário da informação for ouvido e colaborar em seu processo inclusivo nas bibliotecas. Abstract: The user can be considered an important source of information for libraries with regard to the elaboration and direction of products and services developed for him, especially if he is a person with a disability. However, despite the recommendation and guidance in the literature, this user is still not served as expected with regard to access and accessibility in the library. From this perspective, the objective was to know, together with nine users with disabilities, the relationship between them and libraries, from childhood to the current stage, and how, in their view, library professionals could offer more inclusive services. As a library user study, the construction of this text was sought through a theoretical framework that brought together materials in portuguese, without a time frame, associated with the recording of videos carried out by the guest users themselves. The results showed two situations in the same reality: on the one hand, users who found support for their development in school libraries; on the other hand, those who only knew it in Higher Education, when they unite in pointing out that the university library offers better conditions for use and frequency, even in the midst of some difficulties. The study allowed us to conclude that this relationship can be satisfactory at several points, especially if the information user is heard and collaborates in its inclusive process in libraries. RESUMO: Este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar um programa de treinamento das técnicas básicas com a bengala em ambiente escolar. Uma estudante com 13 anos de idade, com cegueira congênita, matriculada no 6º ano/ 5ª série do Ensino Fundamental, participou do estudo. Os instrumentos utilizados foram os protocolos de avaliação das técnicas básicas de orientação e mobilidade. As avaliações ocorreram em três ambientes: corredores, sala de aula e pátio, e o design quase experimental foi composto por pré-teste, intervenção e pós-teste. A análise foi quantitativa para os desempenhos da estudante e, na intervenção, qualitativa para a escolha das estratégias de ensino. Os resultados do pré-teste apontaram que a estudante não teve dificuldades em executar os comportamentos básicos das técnicas propostas, porém deixou de realizar aqueles que são específicos, que foram o foco do treinamento. As estratégias de ensino foram explicações, instruções e apresentação de modelos cinestésicos. Os resultados do pós-teste apontaram que a estudante conseguiu executar a maioria dos comportamentos de todas as técnicas em todos os ambientes. Conclui-se que o programa de treinamento teve sucesso devido: ao tipo de estudo quase experimental, que possibilitou objetivamente a avaliação dos comportamentos; às fichas de registro e de filmagem, que garantiram o controle do processo de ensino; às estratégias de ensino empregadas; ao ensino e ao treinamento focado no ambiente natural da aluna cega. Dois pontos foram identificados como necessários para melhora do uso das técnicas: o tipo de vestimenta, os acessórios, os calçados da aluna e o tempo de treinamento.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to evaluate a program for training basic probing cane techniques in the school environment. A 13-year-old female student with congenital blindness enrolled in the 1st grade of Middle School participated in the study. The instruments used were the evaluation protocols of the basic orientation and mobility techniques. The evaluation took place in three environments: corridors, classroom and schoolyard, and the quasi-experimental design consisted of pretest, intervention and posttest. The analysis was quantitative for the student’s performance and, in the intervention, it was qualitative for the choice of the teaching strategies. The results of the pretest indicated that the student had no difficulty in performing the basic behaviors of the proposed techniques, but failed to perform those that are specific, which were the focus of the training. The teaching strategies were explanations, instructions and presentation of kinesthetic models. Posttest results pointed out that the student was able to perform most behaviors of all techniques in all environments. It was concluded that the training program was successful due to: the quasi-experimental study type that objectively allowed the evaluation of behaviors; registration and filming forms, which ensured control of the teaching process; the teaching strategies employed; teaching and training focused on the blind student’s natural environment. Two points were identified as necessary to improve the use of the techniques: the type of clothing, the accessories, the student’s shoes and the training time.

As diretrizes curriculares nacionais para a Educação Infantil priorizam o desenvolvimento das capacidades infantis de crianças até cinco anos, tendo o brincar como eixo norteador do aprendizado. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar a percepção dos professores sobre as dificuldades para realizar e mediar brincadeiras para crianças com necessidades educacionais especiais (NEE) na Educação Infantil. A pesquisa foi de caráter qualitativo e utilizou a entrevista como procedimento de coleta de dados, para 31 professores de 11 crianças incluídas em sete centros de Educação Infantil de um município do Estado do Paraná - Brasil. As entrevistas foram sujeitas a análise de conteúdo, que indicou dois temas principais: mediação e dificuldades. Os resultados apontaram que professores brincam mais com estas crianças quando há dois professores em sala; demonstraram dificuldades de mediação nas brincadeiras com as crianças com Transtornos Globais do Desenvolvimento e Deficiência Intelectual, o que não ocorre junto às crianças com Deficiência Física. Os resultados indicam a necessidade de maior interação com os profissionais da saúde, de uma percepção mais individualizada das crianças com necessidades educacionais especiais, e de maior investimento na formação dos professores em serviço, quanto ao conhecimento de estratégias para mediar as brincadeiras.

Les directives de programmes scolaires du Brésil pour l´éducation des enfants priorisent le développement des capacités des enfants jusqu´à cinq ans, ayant les jeux comme axe de guidage de l´apprentissage. Le but de cette étude a été d´identifier la perception des professeurs à propos des difficultés à effectuer et faire la médiation des jeux pour les enfants ayant besoins éducatifs spéciaux dans l´éducation des enfants. La recherche était qualitative, et il a été employé l´interview comme procédure pour faire la collecte de données avec 31 enseignants de 11 enfants inclus dans sept Centres d´Éducation des Enfants d´une ville de l´État de Paraná, Brésil. Les entretiens ont été soumis à une analyse de contenue celui a indiqué deux thèmes principaux: médiation e difficultés. Les résultats ont souligné que les enseignants jouent mieux avec ces enfants lorsqu’il y a deux enseignants ensembles dans la salle, ainsi qu´ils éprouvent des difficultés de médiation dans les jeux avec les enfants qui ont des Troubles du Développement Global et Déficience Intellectuelle, ce que n´arrive pas auprès des enfants avec Déficience Physique. Les résultats indiquent la nécessité d’une meilleure interaction entre les professionnels de la santé, une perception plus individualisée des enfants ayant besoins éducatifs spéciaux et un plus grand investissement dans les formations des enseignants en service par rapport à la connaissance des stratégies pour faire la médiation des jeux.

The National Education Standards for Early Childhood prioritize skills development of children up to five years old, taking play as a guideline of learning. The objective of this study was to identify the perceptions of teachers on the difficulties to perform and mediate the play of children with special educational needs (SEN) in early childhood education. It is a qualitative research, which collected data using interviews with 31 teachers of 11 children in seven Early Childhood Education centers, in Paraná state town. The interviews were analysed using content analysis procedures that revealed two main themes: mediation and difficulties. The results indicated that teachers play more with these children when there are two teachers in the room; they demonstrated difficulties in mediation when playing with children with pervasive developmental disorders and intellectual disabilities, which does not happen with children with physical disabilities. There is a need of greater interaction with health professionals, more individualized perception of children with special educational needs, and greater investment in in-service teacher training, mainly in what comes to knowing strategies to mediate play.

RESUMO: Este estudo objetivou analisar as estratégias de sucesso utilizadas por professores de Educação Física para promover a participação de alunos com deficiência auditiva nas mesmas atividades que os demais alunos da turma. Três professores de Educação Física do Ensino Fundamental (1° ao 5° ano) e as suas respectivas turmas em que havia um aluno com deficiência auditiva participaram do estudo. Quatro filmagens foram realizadas em cada turma, totalizando 12 aulas registradas. A análise dos filmes baseou-se na Análise Microgenética, indicada para estudar processos de mudança, orientada aos detalhes e ao recorte de episódios interativos. A partir das filmagens, cinco tipos de estratégias de sucesso foram identificadas: 1) Estratégias Prévias; 2) Estratégias de Auxílio por meio de Colega Tutor; 3) Estratégias para o Ensino da Atividade; 4) Estratégias que Decorrem da Resposta ou da Ação do Aluno; e, 5) Estratégias para a Comunicação. Conclui-se que, para criar condições favoráveis à participação de alunos com deficiência auditiva em aulas de Educação Física, foram necessárias estratégias direcionadas a diferentes aspectos de uma mesma aula. As estratégias de sucesso foram ações que tinham uma finalidade voltada ao ensino, atingiram a funcionalidade do aluno e respeitaram as características, as necessidades e as potencialidades desse aluno.

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to analyze the successful strategies used by Physical Education teachers to promote the participation of students with hearing impairment in the same activities as the other students of the classes. Three Physical Education teachers of Elementary School (1st to 5th grade) and the respective classes in which there was a student with hearing impairment participated in the study. Four footages were conducted in each class, resulting in a total of 12 recorded classes. The analysis of the filming was based on the Microgenetic Analysis indicated to study the processes of change, detail-oriented and cutting-edge interactive episodes. From the filming, five types of successful strategies were identified: 1) Prior Strategies; 2) Aid Strategies through a Peer Tutor; 3) Strategies for the Teaching of the Activity; 4) Strategies Arising from Student Response or Action; and 5) Strategies for Communication. We concluded that, for creating favorable conditions in the participation of students with hearing impairment in Physical Education classes, strategies were necessary for different aspects of the same class. Successful strategies were actions that had a teaching purpose, reached the student’s functionality and respected the characteristics, the needs and the potentialities of this student.

RESUMO: a Língua Brasileira de Sinais (Libras) é uma língua gestual que abrange as necessidades da comunidade surda e, instituída no Brasil como língua oficial; é ensinada em instituições de atendimento a alunos com surdez. Em vista disso, objetivou-se verificar a eficácia na aplicação de um programa de ensino de um grupo de palavras em Libras por meio de um software com tecnologia de realidade aumentada, avaliando o repertório inicial e final de alunos com surdez. Participaram deste estudo oito alunos com idades entre sete e 16 anos com surdez. Estes foram submetidos a avaliações inicial e final, nas quais, pudemos obter um panorama geral das relações e conhecimento das palavras. A intervenção foi subdividida em cinco sessões para o ensino de 15 palavras, sendo três palavras em cada passo de ensino. Após o emprego do software, foram aplicadas avaliações de sondagem com o objetivo de acompanhar o ensino dessas palavras. Os resultados obtidos apontam para a dificuldade em selecionarem letras do alfabeto e construírem o nome de uma determinada palavra. Em relação ao sinal, foi observado que os participantes dominavam os sinais relacionados e apresentavam dificuldades em identificar seus correspondentes: figura e palavra escrita em Língua Portuguesa. Foi evidenciado a dificuldade dos participantes, de memorizar a sequência correta de letras que compõe uma palavra em Língua Portuguesa. A aplicação do recurso pode não só ensinar palavras e relações novas, como também ampliar a elaboração de estratégias para o ensino planejado em Educação Especial.

ABSTRACT: Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) is a sign language that covers the needs of the Brazilian deaf community and was established in Brazil as an official language; it is taught in institutions serving students with deafness. In this view, this study aimed to evaluate the efficiency in the implementation of an educational program of a word group in Libras using a software with augmented reality technology, evaluating the initial and final repertoire of students with deafness. The study included 8 students aged 7 to 16 with hearing loss. They were submitted to initial and final evaluations, in which we were able to have an overview of the relationships and knowledge of words. The intervention was divided into five sessions for teaching 15 words, 3 words in each educational step. After using the software, evaluations were applied in order to follow the teaching of these words. The results point to the difficulty in selecting the letters of the alphabet and building the name of a particular word. Regarding the sign, it was observed that participants mastered the related signs but had difficulty in identifying their correspondent: pictures and written words in Brazilian Portuguese. The difficulty participants had to memorize the correct sequence of letters that make up a word in Brazilian Portuguese was evidenced. The implementation of the resource can, not only teach new words and relationships, but also expand the development of strategies for planned teaching in Special Education.

RESUMO: a definição do público-alvo da Educação Especial está na legislação. No entanto, neste percurso muitos dos alunos atendidos foram excluídos do serviço por não estarem contemplados nesta nova nomenclatura, levantando os questionamentos: estes alunos recebem algum tipo de atendimento? Mesmo não estando definidos na legislação, frequentam as Salas de Recursos Multifuncionais (SRM)? Nesse sentido, os objetivos propostos foram: pontuar os motivos para o encaminhamento dos alunos para a SRM e identificar quem são os alunos que frequentam a SRM. A metodologia da pesquisa foi baseada no estudo de caso, tendo uma SRM como lócus. Os participantes foram: a professora especialista e a coordenação da Educação Especial. Foram utilizados para a coleta de dados a entrevista semiestruturada, a análise dos documentos dos alunos que frequentavam a SRM e roteiros de observação. Para o tratamento dos dados realizou-se a triangulação de dados. Os resultados obtidos apontaram que quatro dos alunos que frequentavam o atendimento educacional especializado (AEE) na SRM possuíam deficiência intelectual, quatro eram denominados alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais, e não era necessário o laudo para a matrícula. Os motivos para o encaminhamento, em sua maioria, eram baseados no rendimento que o aluno apresentava na classe regular e se estava alfabetizado ou não; outros motivos, como deficiência e a solicitação dos pais para a avaliação, também estavam presentes. Conclui-se que o lócus da pesquisa possuía uma estrutura divergente da legislação quanto aos alunos considerados Públicos-alvo da Educação Especial.

ABSTRACT: The definition of the Special Education target-audience is described in the law. However, in the course of action many students were excluded from the service because they were not contemplated in this definition, therefore raising some questions: are these students receiving any service? Even not included by the law, are they served in the Multifunctional Resources Classrooms (MRC)? In this context, the proposed objectives were: to point out the reasons for referring students to the MRC, and to identify the students attending the MRC. The research methodology was based on the case study of a MRC. The participants were the special teacher and the coordinator of the school. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews, documents of the students attending the MRC and observation protocols. Information treatment was based on data triangulation. The results showed that four students attending the Special Educational Service in the MRC had intellectual disabilities, four students were denominated as with special educational needs, and thus diagnosis was not necessary for enrollment. The reasons for referral were mostly based on the student's achievement in the general classroom and whether the student was literate or not. Other reasons, such as the presence of a disability and the parents' request for assessment were also identified. We concluded that the locus of the research had a diverse structure from what the law defines in relation to the students considered target-audience for Special Education.

RESUMO: objetivou-se identificar as situações de dificuldade e as situações de sucesso de dois professores de Educação Física, em turmas regulares em que há alunos com deficiência e alunos com autismo matriculados, para subsidiar o planejamento de uma formação continuada. Os participantes foram dois professores de Educação Física que atuavam em Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental, do 1° ao 5° ano, de uma cidade da região Centro-Oeste do Estado de São Paulo. Realizaram-se filmagens de 12 aulas de P1 e 16 aulas de P2. As filmagens foram categorizadas em temas. Para P1 foram identificados três temas: situações de sucesso, dificuldade relacionada à estratégia, e a falta de ação propositiva em relação à inclusão. Para P2 foram identificados sete temas: situações de sucesso e dificuldades relacionadas à seleção do conteúdo, à estratégia de ensino, ao recurso pedagógico, às características dos alunos, à falta de ação propositiva em relação à inclusão e possibilidades e dificuldades relacionadas à presença da professora de sala na Educação Física. Conclui-se que, os dois professores encontravam dificuldades para incluir os alunos com deficiência e alunos com autismo, mas eles também vivenciavam situações de sucesso. As filmagens permitiram um detalhamento das necessidades dos professores e o entendimento de que a formação continuada deveria ser desenvolvida no sentido de, considerar o contexto das aulas, auxiliar na minimização das dificuldades e valorizar as ações de sucesso.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this study was to identify situations of difficulty and success of the two physical education teachers during regular classes with students with disabilities and students with autism to subsidize a plan for a Continuing Education. The participants were two physical education teachers who worked in an Elementary School, from the first to the fifth grades, in a city of the Midwest region in São Paulo State. Twelve T1 classes and sixteen T2 classes were video recorded. The recordings were categorized into themes. For T1, three themes were identified: successful situations; difficulties related to the strategy; and the lack of purposeful action in relation to inclusion. For T2, seven themes were identified: situations of success and difficulties related to content selection, teaching strategy, teaching resources, the students' characteristics, lack of purposeful action in relation to inclusion and possibilities and difficulties related to the presence of the classroom teacher during the Physical Education class. It was concluded that the two teachers found it difficult to include students with disabilities and students with autism in the class, but they were also experiencing successful situations. The recordings allowed detailing the needs of teachers and understanding that Continuing Education should be developed in order to consider the context of the classes and to assist in minimizing the difficulties and enhancing the successful actions.
